Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward email messages from one mail account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your email mailboxes against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the e-mail account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
